Fellow #LEED professionals: has anyone meet the requirements of IEQp1 using CA Title 24-2008 ventilation requirements in lieu of ASHRAE 62.1-2007?

The LEED v3 Reference book provides a table of "common materials". The LEED Online template asks for supporting documentation for all the materials used as an acoustic material finish.

MERV Filter during and after Test run

Regarding the MERV filter, I had advised the M&E the LEED Requirements and he has replied as "During the test run period (80days), the MERV 8 will be installed on the AHU, PAH & VRF Indoor

We are doing a major renovation on a multifamily housing complex that was built in 1990 with bike racks and a bus stop that the owners put in when the building was first constructed.

NC EAc6 Green Power - what is considered total building power?

To quantify the total building's energy use and determine the 35% threshold to accomodate this credit, do we also include site power such as lighting, security, etc.?
