I can find no evidence that the 2-year period needs to start as soon as the building is finished, is that the case?

Can LEED v2009 projects (which has ASHRAE 90.1-2007 baseline) demonstrate compliance using ASHRAE 90.1-2013? Is there any adjusted point scale which can be applicable for such projects?

Hi.

LEED requires "maintaining an internal temperature of at least 60°F (15°C) and no higher than 80°F (27°C) and relative humidity no higher than 60%."
