Existing Building Renovation and Site Work

We have an existing two-story community recreation center with an adjacent parking lot. Most(about 75%) of the building interior will be renovated, with some new windows added to the perimeter.

The proposed design is an Underfloor Air Distribution (UFAD) system utilizing an underfloor supply plenum and overhead return plenum. I am setting up the baseline model for LEED submission.

Good Morning! We'd like to use vegetable oil in our elevators instead of using hydraulic oil. Think this will count? The elevator technician said it will work just the same.

For a museum project registered under NCv2009 there will be a museum store and food service areas that will be "finished by tenant".
