Resort Hotel and Condo

I am working on a 7 story resort hotel and condo under LEED 2009 NC. We just received word that the 9 Condos on floors 6 and 7 will be finished at a future date.

Winter resort

Our project is located in a winter ski resort village with heavy snowfall. The likelihood of someone biking here in the winter is slim.

EBOM Campus and Performance Periods

How is the performance period determined when submitting EBOM campus credits under master site? Individual buildings will not be submitted for 8 more months but the campus credits are ready now.
