Documenting Donation or Resale of Salvaged Material

Our project involves demolition. There are some materials - wood beams, bricks - that will likely be either donated to a reuse center or sold. Has a standard method of documenting this type of diversion been established? Thanks, James

James - I am not aware of a standard method. I just select Diverted on the form and provide information on the location where the material ends up. If I feel there is a need to clarify a unique situation, I use the Special Circumstances area of the form.
