If a client owns all of the interior space, then I assume that they would obtain this credit, since they pay all of their energy and water bills. Would I be correct?

LEED Runoff Coefficients for BMPs

I am finding it difficult to locate standard CN values for BMPs. There are not many studies out there and the ones I have found have calculated large ranges for permeable pavers, green roofs etc.
