Our team is pursuing Social Equity within the project team as a pilot credit. 

I'm working on a project that needs to document surface reflectance to pursue the second point under Interior lighting.

Can anyone comment on the source of the #1.c requirement for five air changes per hour?

All the guidance I can find says to "provide documentation of project-specific rates" or the facility's annual average rate.  I cannot find info on what kind of documenation would be required
