Thanks to the shape of the building, dimensions and quality of the facade, we were able to pursued this Pilot credit.

Does achieving this Pilot Credit include that a result of alignment according to the taxonomy is mandatory? Or is eligible and not aligned enough?

I wonder if/how thermal bridging of joints/egde between constructions should be included in the U-value of the construction?

I was under the impression that terrazzo could be counted as inherently non-emitting, but just received a review comment that it was not. I think I based it on the wording in v2009.
