I am working on a cold storage project going for LEED certification , I am not able to understand the modelling procedure for the refrigerated spaces in eQuest.

The project is situated in southeast asia and there is no Acca certified contractor. Does it mean we will not get the credit? But we have PCab (certification for contractors) will they accept?
