ASHRAE 90.1-2010 - Unmet hours

Hi all,

I’m modeling for a project under LEED CS v4 according to ASHRAE 90.1-2010.

I know that unmet hours shall not exceed 300 .

The v4_Minimum Energy Performance Calculator_v05 states that "Mandatory step controls are included in the proposed, and modeled in the baseline for all spaces enclosed by ceiling height partitions

DES Path 1

The Reference Guide at p. 460 states:

"For any projects using energy model Path 1, green power and offsets used in a DES do not contribute toward the credit for connected building".
