Since the default assumption is that 100% of male occupants will use a restroom with a urinal, how do you calculate the usage when there is a family toilet (without a urinal) next to the large gang

I remember hearing discussion at a Greenbuild Session that mentioned changing the restriction from 1/8 mile. Does anyone else know if this is true?

I am modeling an existing building right now. The opaque envelope will be maintained (walls and roof) but the entire inside, all HVAC systems, and windows will be replaced.

Heads up for those working on LEED Canada NC 2009 projects, CIR 872 ruled 5,000 pages per month as the definition limit for a convenience copier. Ruling provided 2012-06-08.
