We have registered for this Pilot credit, but I don't understand the credit language. We have Level 3 BIFMA certified product (Knoll furniture) which is worth about 12% of the total product cost.

In a contractual situation where the contractor, owner and architect are bound in a single contract, who is able to hire the CxA for enhanced commissioning?

The project is under 20,000 sq. ft and only a tenant finish in an existing building. Can the CxA be an employee of the design firm for the enhanced Cx?

I'm currently working with a CFD modeler for the contaminants portion of this credit. We're having trouble finding the generation rates per square foot of active contaminant.
