My University (12M GSF, 13 divisions, 54 major business units, over 250 major departments), has a multi-use building (287,000) that is undergoing a commercial retail renovation on the ground floor (CI-Retail). There is a lease requirement that is NOT optional.
Does anyone have an example where a single owner describes a tenancy contract for a department within a multi-use facility shared by multiple departments?
