I'm working on a LEED v4 Interiors project and have an existing undercounter ice maker that is not ENERGY STAR certified.

Has anyone submitted and achieved an Innovation credit for hydroponic indoor gardens? 

We have pursued this credit a few times now. It can be a heavy lift at first but once you get the documentation ready and forms completed it is easier on subsequent projects.

Does anyone have an example Declaration form tat complies with the documentation option below, if the GC can't locate photos:
