Entryway systems

CS-2009 IEQc5:Indoor Chemical and Pollutant Source Control

1) In the C&S 2009 requirements for IEQc5, there is a statement that says "Core & Shell projects that do not have entryway systems cannot achieve this credit." What exactly does that mean?

Calculation of Green Power

Green Power is listed throughout the credit as the total electricity consumption of the building, yet the credit (EAc6) is performing the calculation from table 2-10 in the Energy Model from EAp2,

Car wash bay

Hi, I am working on an office building and the team is considering to include a car wash bay. Would I be able to classify this as process water and exclude it from the WEp1 calculation?

For LEED 2009 (C&S) is it acceptable to use the following surface reflectances - - Walls -80%, Floors-25%, Ceiling - 80%. Is there any guidance on what can be used for these simulations.
