A Contradiction? (my project is under LEED NC 2009) The LEED 2009 ref. guide is unclear with the inclusions for Div. 31, and 32.

Hi, We have a project that includes a Hangar, with two levels of administrative offices and workshop area in one 250,000sf building.

Are Base/Subbase Aggregate Materials part of Materials Cost?

Broken Bricks, Tiles and waste materials

We have used large quantities of waste materials procured from manufacturers. We have procured waste material like broken bricks form the brick manufacturer.

Hi all, we have building where the tenant is installing the entire energy related system (ACMV, lighting, etc). The landlord only provide land and structural of the building.

We have a registered LEED ND v2009 project. Our SSLc4 does not comply (we are shy of the needed short-term bike racks and showers).
