Project is on an urban site, 1.5 acres, brownfield, will be fully built out with a 2 level parking deck with retail on two sides, on top of which 3 buildings and a terrace garden will be built. 2 buildings are apartments, one 5 story, one 7 story, for a total of 192 units. Third building is a 9 story hotel. I assume I would do it as a campus with 4 separate buildings. Would there be an advantage to doing a Group of the two residential buildings? All of this will be built out at the same time. I've done many individual LEED buildings, just not a campus one, so any guidance is appreciated.
