I have recently applied this criteria to a Major Refurbishment project in an Urban setting.
Has anyone looked at using this pilot credit for a Commercial interiors project? I would be interested to hear if anyone has applied this on an existing building for SSc1 Path 12 or similar.

GBCI advised that it could be attempted for a Commercial Interiors project and we are currently targeting the credit as an Innovation in Design.

Emily, did you get any feedback from USGBC about your submission for LEED-CI? What percentage of the building was your LEED-CI project?
