Dear all, The case 2 calculator has pointed us towards using Case 2 - Option 1 for our Existing Retail Mall project located outside of the US.

If my retail space within a mall is for FTE only, but the retail customers will have access the mall's core restrooms, must these be included in WEc1 calculations?
