area you required to treat harvested rainwater when using to flush toilets? if yes, what does "treated" mean exactly, what level of treated would be required? Thanks!

We request for a clarification regarding mandating the tenant to use the VAV boxes in core and shell projects. In a core and shell project, we will not know what system the tenant will be using.

For a project where we're pushing for parking garages for the cars, but have asphalt driveways, can we consider the footprint of the garage as hardscape that meets the requirement?

If I have no parking spaces in my LEED boundary, is it ok to have my Low-Emitting parking adjacent to the site? forgive me if this has been answered/asked by someone else.
