Under LEED EBOM 2009 I am considering attempting metering under credit EAc3.2 for a 200,000 sq. ft.

If the project is using residential grade kitchen equipment (this is for a licensed Nursing Home) - therefore we do not have a food waste disposer systems or pulpers, extractors, etc.

We received a comment that we need to include system single-line diagrams in our systems manual. Can anyone clarify what the GBCI wants?

Can the purchase of used furniture be used towards this credit? Are there any restrictions?

We have a project registered with LEED-EB O&M 2009. There are dual flush toilets in the facility.

My interpretation of this credit is that all upholsteries/textiles that are applied to loose furniture and systems furniture are included in this credit as well.

If we are trying to get Option 1 Site Hardscape. A combination of shading, high reflectance, and/ or open grid paving is provided for at least 50% of the site hardscape.
