The project is using VAV system and the total supply to each zone (Vdzd) accounts for both primary air and local recirculated air.
There is a review comment from review team that "it is unclear whether local recirculated air has been accounted for correctly when considering the Er and Ep variables.," and the tech. advice is "Review the VRP calculations and confirm whether the Er and Ep variables (rows 22 and 27) accurately represent the system design.Provide a narrative
of the changes made and justifying the values used."
How I justify Er value ? please help and thanks a lot !

The directions tab of the USGBC LEED 62MZ Calc, available from the credit resources section on USGBC's website, defines how the Er variable should be determined. To justify the Er value you use, I would write up a narrative that references the guidance provided there and then explain how that guidance applies to your system and the value that you've applied to the calculation.
