Hello there, My project team wants to add the M&V however we are facing physical constraints on adding digital meters for all the electro-mechanical systems. Could we count on the logical measurement via the BMS system monitoring to performance instead of having real accurate measurement? Thank you.

You are not required to have any submeters by the IPMVP. Measurements from the BMS may work. Just be sure that the M&V Plan spells out how these will translate to a measurement of energy use for each of the major energy end uses.
