Employee Garden for IO Point?

Hi All, Has anyone had success crafting an innovation credit around an employee garden? We have a portion of our site dedicated to an organic employee garden.

Can We have wooden doors that qualify for both IEQ 4.4 and MR 7? Can you have FSC wooden doors that contain no added urea formaldehyde?

How is ASHRAE 6.4.3.1.2 5 degree deadband interpreted? 70-75 deadband provides six temperatures in which the thermostat is "dead".
