Our office has to purchase replacement UV lamps for our air filtration system. The manufacturer recommended lamps are fluorescent and contain a low level of Hg (3 Mg).

For C&S project the main floor surface for common areas is specified as natural stone (granite), which I understand is not considered for this credit.

The building has 2 roof levels, upper roof with the mechanical eqipements and the lower roof which has direct to the medical clinical floor (2nd floor).

How would you qualify fire-stopping sealants? What VOC limit would you apply? I can't find it in SCAQMD rule 1168.
