Hello, I am going to be modeling an existing building for 2009 NC and we are adding a large data center to an interior space on the top floor of this building.

I have wood caseworks with bamboo veneer on it which are specified under Div. 11. I assume since this is under Div.

Hi All For a C&S project there are default FTE occupancy figures that shoudl be used for water calcs, bicycle racks etc where the final occupancy is not known.

in the project we are modelling, hot water system is preheated from the building power generators by using recovery system isntalled on the genertars ( same principle of the recovery chillers) but

I m modeling a 52 floor building and 2 detached retails buildings,The proposes system are chilled water system with FCU except : 1-8 floors core and shell ( m0re than 78000 sqft) 2- G+2floors
