Local zoning establishes a maximum parking count vs. a minimum; does the project need to pursue the ITE parking generation option?

I have a current project that has a parking lot surrounded by itself and at least two other buildings. The project has 10 dedicated parking stalls as indicated in their lease.

I'm not exactly sure where to place this question. We have a new client who may be interested in LEED for their building.

Hej! We are integrating a water tank in our project to supply the toilets with rainwater and to supply landscaping with water.

What have you provided as a deliverable for this credit? Was it the EPA's Ready for Reuse form? Our inspecting authority is not sure what to provide to appease the LEED reviewer. Thanks-

Table G3.1 in Appendix G requires only conditioned space be simulated as being both heated and cooled in the proposed design.
