I'm very supportive of the TDM points and Active Travel Facilities points for new construction.
Monitoring NOT req if ventilation systems are not within scope of work?

I'm wondering if my understanding of the ID+C reference manual (pg 311) is correct: no airflow monitoring equipment is needed if the ventilation system isn't in the scope of work?

The Benchmark GWP of Concrete >7200 psi (402) value is less than the value for 6000 psi (407) – the value should be higher – the higher the compressive strength the more cement is required
