For some prerequisites and credits, including energy and water consumption, LEED ND includes compliance requirements for new buildings.

In the calculations for >50,000 SF project, it says you have to count all personal that work a minimum of 5 days/week on the project.

I received a comment on a design phase review that since this is a core & shell building, the owner has to either include green cleaning in the lease, or agree to control the cleaning for both
