I am getting started on a research project to evaluate the feasibility, costs, and benefits of using phase change material (PCM) to passively regulate temperature in Minnesota buildings.

I can see from the threads that there are at least a few Passive House advocates in this group - I'm wondering about the PHIUS training and certification.

Does anyone have a spreadsheet or chart that compares the new Fitwel v2.1 with Fitwel v2.0 ?

I can't seem to find such a thing on the Fitwel website.

Does anyone have any vetted restroom usage rates for conference / event attendees?

We are working on a project that is primarily a nursing home but there is a tenant space on the ground floor that is about 15% of the building.

Our project is an apartment building with retail and utilizes its own chiller plant with cooling towers.

Does the shower and changing facility have to be located in the building being certified or can it be located in a nearby building?
