Picture a University bldg. shaped to form a slot canyon to provide shaded access to the outdoors. Within the canyon, which includes doors to exit the courtyard, are a few small classroom pods.

Cruise Terminal FTE and Visitor/Transient count

Our cruise terminal has a season from October 1 to April 15 when the FTE will be 155 and visitor/transient will be 2,000 per day for 3 or 4 days per week (the other 3-4 days per week it would drop
