Alternate to invoice?

We are pursuing LEED credits for a VA Clinic in Sanford, North Carolina... Sanford is a fairly rural city, but it does have a public transportation that provides many options for the public.

On past project we have been told: Please note that Figure 5.2.1.1 can only be used when air speeds are less than 40 feet per minute. We have a project with air speeds at 40 fpm.
