I have a project that has finished design and construction has not started. One of the items that GBCI requests is a photo or rendering of the interior of the building.

Greetings, When modeling Proposed model for LEED and there are shadings from adjacent buildings in it, should these shading be applied also to the Baseline model or they should be omitted like the

In case 1, we are required to perform a site run off calculation for 1 yr-24 hr design storm and 2 yr-24 hr design storm for both pre- and post- development period.

We have a Wellness Center project with an indoor pool area of approximately 6,000 SF and a pool surface area of about 4,000 sf within that space.
