Landscape lighting

CS-2009 EAc1: Optimize Energy Performance

Appendix G (Table 3.1) states that lighting power for building facades has to be modeled in the energy simulation. However, it is not clear if landscape lighting should also be taken into account...

Ashrae 90.1 the standard for EA1.1 seems to govern only "permanently installed fixtures". I'm taking that to exclude desk lamps. If so is it kosher to reduce installed lighting to get credits...

I found the following reference guide addendum about the daylight measurement path:
In the requirement it says: "Measurements must be taken on a 10 foot grid.." and in the calculations...
