Treatment plant outside the LEED Boundary

We have a treatment plant that will treat to tertiary standar 100% of our wastewater. This treatment plant has two situations: 1. It will treat other buildings too 2.

Hi, Need your suggestion and expertise on this inquiry? We do have a land which we manage and maintain, this land is covered with native vegetation and is not within the project LEED boundary.

I am trying to use Table A3.3 to determine the overall wall assembly U-factor. My question is, what materials can be included in the continuous insulation rated R-value that I use?

No, I don't think it properly applies, or is allowed. There is currently no LEED rating system for existing homes.

The product data for my paint submittal has two VOC values listed - (1) Less Water and Federally Exempt Solvents, (2) Emitted VOC.

Our client has a large portion of their lot with low-lying native grasses and shrubs that they maintain my mowing about once per year.
