Exterior lighting power density

CI-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

Hi we are working on a LEED-CI for retail and they have exterior lighting power that doesn't comply with ASHRAE Section 9.4.5 which is compulsory and non-tradeable with interior lighting.

Major problem with the credit, in my opinion

As I see it the major issue with this credit is the 75% threshold in MR 1.1 &1.3. Consider two possible assemblies.

If we pursue this option, are we only eligable for one point for this credit? That's what is coming up on my template, even though it says that i'm pursuing two credits.

As far as I am concerned, any LEED 2009 projects can get Regional Priority Credits.

Polymerized urea formaldehyde resin

We have laminated particleboard also known as melamine panels which states it's formaldehyde free but has polymerized urea formaldehyde resin in it. Can we still get EQ credit for it?
