How many points can a project achieve from Regional Priority credits?

Can a project receive a point for Exemplary Performance for a credit as well as a point if that credit is also a Regional Priority credit?

Schools-2009 RPc1:Regional Priority

RPCs for projects registered under LEED CS v.2.0

As far as I am concerned, any LEED 2009 projects can get Regional Priority Credits. Materials on the USGBC website (http://www.usgbc.org/ShowFile.aspx?DocumentID=8156) say, that even those registered before October 16 can apply for RPCs, they just need to ask USGBC staff to manually designate them. Does it only apply to LEED 2009 projects? Can LEED v2.2 or v2.0 buildings also ask USGBC to manually designate RPCs, or is it valid only for the v3 projects? Thanks!

Alicja, RP credits were introduced with LEED 2009. There is no way to apply them to earlier projects.
