I have a project with over 300,000 SF in an urban area that includes an attached parking garage.

I'm working on documenting this credit for an apartment building but have a question about documenting it. Most of the floors are identical in terms of rooms square footage and layout.

The building we are reusing for a project is considered as "contributing" to the historic neighborhood.

For projects registered under LEED-CS v2.0, is Title-24 2005 deemed equivalent to ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2004 for showing compliance with the EAc1 requirements?

The top floor of our 4 story building was fit out and rented toward the end of our performance period (it was shell space prior to this).

The project is under EBOM v3. We intend to appeal a credit - EAc2.1 - On-going Commissioning - Investigation and Analysis.
