Lift Energy assessment in LEED

Hi Is lift energy included as a process load as part of the 25% minimum requirement for process loads? If so are there any references or guidance on how to estimate its energy consumption.

We have an HVAC system configured with ceiling plenum return. Is this plenum required to meet item (§ 5.5.1) Resistance to Mold Growth and (§ 5.5.2) Resistance to Erosion of ASHRAE 62.1?

What is a typical "centrally monitored" system? I have a core and shell space that will be providing sub-metering for it's tenant and a monthly bill indicating usage, peak, and cost.

I have a Client that is considering LEED certification, we have done a preliminary energy model, we show a 24% savings off the baseline.
