Construction Waste Theft!

We are having a serious issue with all of our metal scrap being stollen from the jobsite dumpster. This has impacted our percentage for recycling dramatically. We are currently at only 28%.

Trees

We are removing a lot of trees on our construction site, if we turn it into mulch does this qualify toward our CWM credit? or would it be material reuse? thanks for your help!

Automobile Service Garage

In an automobile service garage with 25 "stations" (there are not 25 employees, but worst case, I am assuming LEED will require each lift to be considered a "workstation").

Storage Rooms as Critical Zone using 62MZ Spreadsheet

I have received review comments from a LEED Review Team questioning the results of the 62MZ spreadsheet which identified a Storage Room as the "Critical Zone".

VOC Testing

Hello, Do you guys know if the VOC testing could be done by the paint manufacturer or should it be undertaken by a third party ? Should the testing be done in accordance to a special standard ?
