62.1 has an exahust requirement for mechanically ventilated Parking garages (Table 6-4), with an exception C - no ventilation required if two or more sides comprise walls that are at least 50% open

In our shopping mall CS project the all water fixtures in tenant spaces are controlled by tenants (shops + restaurants) and the owner has no control over the fixtures.

We received a reviewer comment saying since we had an adjustable shower head we would have to assume the highest gpm setting.
