Aerosols are not covered in any of the referenced VOC or emissions limits in LEED 2009 or LEEDv4. Typically, they would be low volume usage - many flash quickly with primary exposure risks to applicators and other trades, but relatively low risk to later occupants. I advise to use judiciously with appropriate jobsite management practices. However, this class of coating is not explicitly called out in the credit language.
