We submitted a Green Cleaning policy as a BD+C LEED v4 innovation credit. The reviewers said our only option now was to submit via this pilot credit. This seems to be a huge jump in scope.

One of our clients is considering the possibility of certifying a large Warehouse/Distribution Center under LEEDv4, which includes a significant portion of refrigerated spaces.

Please clarify whether a project needs to have vegetated space at a minimum of 5% of the site area. If yes, will vertical gardens count to this area in order to exceed the minimum 5% requirement?
