Has anyone gotten a point for installing power quality meters? We have the usual power quantity meters, but the client is asking if there is a LEED incentive for cleaning up the power.

I keep being asked if Pressure Sensitive Tape qualifies as an adhesive subject to review for EQ c4.1. Normally I'd say no but some carpet installations use similar products.

Since this credit would need to happen before schematic design - doesn't it make sense to combine it with the Integrative Process section?

Residential district density

We have recently received final design review for our CI project, but the reviewer has denied SS Credit 2 Development density because of just figure not mentioned for residential district density.
