Brown Roof - promoting biodiversity

Can any advise as to whether a "brown roof" would be acceptable in the calculations of this point.

If I have two types of wood and obviously two CoC number (one for each), but many purchases of those, do I have to show FSC logo or something proving that the products are FSC certified on each rec

We have a grid tied solar array that we regularly sell energy back to the utility. The LEED form clearly states that they are interesteded in all solar generated, which is 23.5 Mwh.

Multi-family residential buildings are currently not eligible to receive an Energy Star score in Portfolio manager.
