Our building energy model s.f.(table eap2-1) 74,000+/- does not match the gross building s.f. reported in 1.1A 94,000+/-. The difference is approximately 20,000 s.f.

Hi, 90.1-2007 confuses me a little. Our project (4 story, 9000 m²/90000 ft²) is located in climate zone 1b. The proposed building is heated by an electrical heatpump.
