50 products for projects outside US is unreal, a lot more effort and less points in this credit

The prerequisite seems challenging to get and think it should adress other environmental prioirty issues depending on the region.

Think to have universal accessibility and open space is a big asset, and also to include green roofs and wetlands or ponds.

I think to have 15 native or adapted species as a baseline is a great asset.

Not sure these measures are enough to prevent the birds collision 

It seems that maybe an education scope in this prerequisite is needed to achive the Zero Waste and threshold also seems to be needed as the prerequisite only speaks of "attempting" zero waste manag
