Are all of the products associated with polished concrete (sealer, polish grout, densifier) required to be submitted for the flooring credit?

Condo-owned parking spaces

Any ideas how this could work for a condominium building, with parking spaces owned by specific units?  I'm thinking it wouldn't be possible... Anyone tried this?  Thanks!
