Assuming the IES model was done well, you've already done 1/2 of what is required for LEED. That would be used as your "design case" and then you'd need to compare it to a "base case". You'd want your same consultants to develop the base case (code compliant according to Appendix G in ASHRAE 90.1). Creating a base case model is the easier part as the standard tells you exactly what to do and you won't be changing it as you consider different design options (the more costly part of an energy model). Huge range in modeling costs, but I'd guess in the 10,000 USD range around here (though finding somebody to use IES would be harder by us - should be easy by you). Note you'll want them to create the baseline case and fill out all of the reporting required by ASHRAE & LEED.
