We are currently working on a project that includes a 120 kVA UPS that is not Energy Star rated. This equipment was brought from another facility; should we include this in our EAp2 calculations?

Hello I would like to know what LEED understands with off-peak charging. Is it trying to help charge electric vehicles off-peak, when they won’t bring down the power grid?
